Community Legal Information Centre (CLIC) is inviting professional workers in social service agencies to test and provide feedback on the CLIC Recommender, which is an AI recommendation system designed to assist users in efficiently finding relevant legal information on the CLIC website. The objective of this study is to assess the user experience of the CLIC Recommender, ensuring its optimal functionality and effectiveness.
