1. What are my rights in respect of identification parade and other identification procedures?

Participation in an identification parade is voluntary for a suspect, and conducting one against their will would be considered improper. This aligns with the constitutional right to avoid self-incrimination. Therefore, no negative assumptions can be made, and the defendant cannot be questioned about their decision to decline participation in an identification parade.
