D. Smokeless Tobacco Products
The Smokeless Tobacco Products (Prohibition) Regulation (Cap. 132BW) prohibits the import, manufacture, sale, possession for sale, offering for sale, exposure for sale, consignment or delivery of any smokeless tobacco product (such as chewing tobacco or snuff). An offender is liable to a fine of $50,000 and imprisonment for 6 months.
