Enduring powers of attorney
An Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA) allows a person to appoint one or more people to manage their property and affairs on their behalf in the event that they lose mental capacity. The EPA must be made while the person still has mental capacity. For further details see: Enduring Powers of Attorney.
