3. Is the estate agent obliged to disclose to the potential tenant about tragic incident which occurred in the flat?
The estate agent acting for the potential tenant has a duty to act in the best interest of the client and must not provide false or misleading information. So when the potential tenant asks its estate agent whether any tragic incident has happened in the flat, the estate agent should give an honest answer to the best of his knowledge and information.
