b. Notification of named persons

In line with section 6 of the Enduring Powers of Attorney (Prescribed Form) Regulation (Cap.501A of the Laws of Hong Kong), both Form 1 and Form 2 contain a section where the donor can nominate person(s) to be notified by the attorney applying for the registration of the EPA.

Note that if the donor does not intend to nominate any person to be notified, the donor must delete the relevant section in the prescribed form(s). The donor cannot simply leave that section blank.
