3. Will the FDR hearing be suspended if the other party does not submit Form E?
The FDR process will have to be suspended if a party does not submit the Form E. As the Form E is required to be filed before the First Appointment hearing, failing to do so will result in the hearing being adjourned. FDR cannot go ahead without a party’s Form E.
