9. What are some excepted acts which do not constitute acts of infringement?

Under section 75 of the Patents Ordinance, there are a number of permitted acts which will not constitute patent infringement, the most notable ones are acts done privately for non-commercial purposes and acts done for experimental purposes relating to the subject-matter of the relevant patented invention.
