19. Is owning the NFT of copyrighted content equivalent to owning the copyright itself?
No, ownership of copyright in a work is different from the ownership of the work in which the copyright work is contained. As such, the ownership of the NFT containing the copyrighted content is not the same as owning the copyright of the work embodied therein.
